Exemplaire sur un flan bien centré des deux côtés. Portrait magnifique. Joli revers de style fin, bien venu à la frappe. Magnifique patine de collection ancienne avec des reflets dorés

Caesar
Diadumenian becomes Caesar when his father Macrin is proclaimed august in April 217. He receives the title of prince of youth. Macrinus brings him into the Severian family by making him take the prænomen of Antoninus, as he himself seized that of Severus. After the proclamation of Elagabalus, Macrinus raised his son to august in May 218 for a very short period. Beaten in June, Macrin and Diaduménien fled. The latter is caught while trying to pass to the Parthians by crossing the Euphrates. He is killed.
