Cet exemplaire, de forme rectangulaire, s’ouvre latéralement et permet de placer des pièces de diamètres : 22,5 et 19,5 mm. Des poinçons sont présents à l’intérieur sur les rebords des emplacements guillochés : Lion + L. L’intérieur présente divers poinçons dont un lion, la lettre T et la lettre L, etc..
