Flan bien centré des deux côtés. Usure superficielle, mais un beau portrait au droit présentant de jolis détails. Revers bien lisible malgré quelques manques de patine. Patine grise

Monnaie probablement fourrée. Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation inférieure à trente coins pour le droit et inférieure à trente-trois coins pour le revers. Ce denier est en fait beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les principaux ouvrages.

(1st century BC)
Octave and Agrippa were both born in 63 BC and are childhood friends. From Caesar's death in 44 BC, Agrippa showed unwavering loyalty to the dictator's heir. He will be his general and admiral on the battlefields. He distinguished himself at Philippi in 42 BC before winning maritime successes at Nauloque against Sextus Pompey and at Actium against Antoine and Cleopatra. He is, after Octave, the most powerful man in the principate.
